Surface Preparation

  1. Cleaning:Use A High-Pressure Washer Or Wire Brush To Remove Dirt, Grease, And Loose Particles From The Concrete Or Masonry.
  2. Repairs:Fill All Visible Cracks, Holes, And Honeycomb Surfaces With A Cementitious Repair Mortar Like Sika Monotop 122F Or  Fixit Cracksil
  3. Smoothing:Fill “Bug Holes” And Ensure The Surface Is Flush. For Masonry Walls, Strike Joints Flush To Create A Smooth Substrate.
  4. Joint Treatment:Create A 75mm X 75mm Corner Fillet At The Junction Between The Wall And The Footing To Prevent Water Ingress At This Critical Point

  1. Priming:Apply A Primer If Required By The Manufacturer To Enhance Adhesion.
  2. Base Coat:Apply The First Coat Of Liquid Membrane Uniformly Across The Wall. For Sheet Membranes, Align And Apply In Sections Using A Roller To Achieve A Complete Bond.
  3. Reinforcement:Embed Reinforcing Tape Or Fabric At Corners And Joints While The First Coat Is Still Wet.
  4. Subsequent Coats:Apply At Least Two Coats, Ensuring Each Layer Cures Fully (Typically 3–24 Hours) Before The Next Application.
