PU Flooring

Polyurethane flooring offers excellent flexibility, impact resistance, thermal shock resistance, and chemical durability, making it suitable for food processing units, pharmaceutical plants, and manufacturing facilities.

1) Mechanical Cleaning: Methods Like Diamond Grinding, Shot Blasting, Or Scarifying Are Used To Remove Contaminants And Create A Rough Profile For Better Adhesion.
2) Groove Cutting: Anchoring Grooves (Typically 3mm Wide And 5mm Deep) Are Cut Around The Perimeter, Drains, And Columns To Prevent Peeling And Accommodate Thermal Movement.
3) Moisture Testing: Substrate Moisture Should Generally Be Below 4% To Ensure Proper Bonding.

1) PU Systems Are Often Three-Part (Resin, Hardener, And Aggregate/Filler) Or Four-Part (Including Color Paste).
2) Components Must Be Mixed With A High-Speed Helical Mixer For Specific Durations (Usually 1–2 Minutes) Until Completely Homogeneous.
3) Initial Cure: Ready For Light Foot Traffic After 24–36 Hours.
4) Full Cure: Maximum Chemical And Mechanical Resistance Is Achieved After Approximately 7 Days
