Floor Polishing

Mechanical grinding and polishing of concrete surfaces to achieve a smooth, high-gloss, dust-resistant finish with improved aesthetics, durability, and reduced maintenance requirements.

1) Preparation: Clear All Furniture And Sweep Or Vacuum The Area Thoroughly To Remove Loose Debris That Could Cause Scratches During Polishing.
2) Deep Cleaning: Mop With A Neutral Ph Cleaner To Remove Grease And Stains. Avoid Wax-Based Cleaners At This Stage As They Can Cause Buildup.
3) Mechanical Polishing (Grinding): Use A Floor Buffer Or Polisher With The Appropriate Pad. For Stone And Concrete, This Involves Using Diamond Discs Starting With A Coarse Grit (E.G., 30–70) And Progressing To A Fine Grit (E.G., 800–3000).

1) Polish Application: Apply A Floor-Specific Polish Or Sealant Using A Flat Mop Or Applicator Pad. Follow The Wood Grain For Hardwood.
2) Drying & Finishing: Allow The Floor To Dry Completely (Typically 30–60 Minutes) Before Walking On It Or Applying A Second Coat For Extra Shine.
