2) Cleaning: Vacuum The Area Thoroughly To Remove All Dust, Oils, And Loose Debris.
3) Repair: Fill Deep Cracks Or Holes With Epoxy Mortar.
4) Apply A 100% Solids Epoxy Primer To Seal The Concrete And Prevent Air Bubbles (Outgassing) From Rising Into The Topcoat.
5) Let The Primer Cure For 8 To 24 Hours Depending On Product Specifications.
