Epoxy Flooring

A seamless, high-performance resin flooring system that provides excellent abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and easy maintenance, making it ideal for industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities.

1) Cleaning: Use An Industrial Degreaser To Remove Oil And Grease.
2) Mechanical Profiling: Grind The Concrete Using A Diamond Grinder Or Shot-Blaster To Open The Pores And Create A “Sandpaper-Like” Texture For The Epoxy To Bond To.
3) Etching: If Grinding Isn’t Possible, Use A Muriatic Acid Solution To Etch The Surface, Then Neutralize It With Baking Soda Or Ammonia And Rinse Thoroughly.

1) Mixing: Combine The Resin (Part A) And Hardener (Part B) Using An Electric Mixer For At Least 2 Minutes. Note: Most Epoxies Have A “Pot Life” Of Only 30–45 Minutes Once Mixed.
2) Application: Pour The Mixture In Ribbons And Spread It Using A Squeegee, Then “Back Roll” With A Lint-Free Roller To Ensure Even Coverage.
