  1. Surface Preparation: Clean The Terrace Thoroughly To Remove Dirt, Moss, And Loose Debris. A Clean, Dry Substrate Is Vital For Proper Adhesion.
  2. Repair & Crack Filling: Inspect For Cracks And Holes. Use Specialized Fillers Like Brushbond Roofguard (Fiber-Reinforced Acrylic) Or Hydroproof Xtra For Gaps Below 5 Mm, And PU Sealants For Larger Joints.
  3. Slope Correction: Ensure The Roof Has A 1–2% Slope Toward Drains To Prevent “Ponding” (Water Accumulation), Which Is A Leading Cause Of Leakages.
  4. Priming: Apply A Primer To Enhance The Bond Between The Roof Surface And The Waterproofing Layer.
